2. Payment. Our website accepts all major credit cards, certified check, money order, or personal check. For orders made by check or money order, please call 213- 239-6767 to place an order.

For your convenience and choice, we also accept payment thru Paypal.

What Is PayPal? PayPal is a free account-based system that provides the most secure, instant and convenient online payment available today. What Do I Do? After adding items into your shopping cart, simply click on the "Check Out" button and follow the "Continue" prompts until you reach the PayPal website. Please note that once you have checked out, further items cannot be added to your transaction. If you are not yet a PayPal member, you will need to complete their quick and easy registration. Please note that it is free to become a member of PayPal.

How Does PayPal Work? After you have checked out your items and signed up for a PayPal account, you will be taken to a transaction page. Here you will be able to review the details of your order, including the total purchase amount. You may pay for your purchase securely and instantly using funds from your PayPal account or you can send payment to PayPal via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), debit card, eCheck or bank transfer. Once payment is approved, PayPal will immediately notify us by email. Once your order is processed, we will ship your order to your door by the FedEx delivery service you have chosen. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your shipment at the FedEx website.

3. Returns. Returns must be received within 30 days from shipment. All returns must be in their original condition and “Lots/Parcels” must be returned in their entirety. Please do not set or mount stones. Chipped, cracked, broken or damaged in any manner by using Fire Torch, Ultra Sonic, Hot Stream – stones will not be accepted back. Stones must be in its original condition. Andegem.com reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if the above conditions are not met or if a completed “Return Slip” does not accompany the returned items.

4. Shipping. Andegem.com is using FedEx as our primary shipping company, because it is Reliable, Guaranteed, Efficient, Traceable and Insurable. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for shipping errors related to wrong shipping addresses, customs delays and agreements reached between the buyer and FedEx to forgo a signature on delivery.

How Much Does It Cost? We make every effort to process and ship within 72 hours of the date of receipt of payment information. Below are the shipping rates for 48 US Continental states.

For FedEx 3 day delivery, the cost is $15.00 for shipping, handling and full insurance.

For FedEx 2-day delivery, the cost is $20.00 for shipping, handling and full insurance.

For standard overnight, the cost is $28.00 for shipping, handling and full insurance.

For priority overnight, the cost is $40.00 for shipping, handling and full insurance.

Please note: All items are completely insured. Our staff picks the products, checks the quality assurance, packs the products, and prepares all shipping documents.

Can I Get Items Shipped To My P.O. Box Address? Unfortunately, no. For your security, FedEx requires a physical (street) address for door- to-door delivery and signature required.

5. International Orders. For International Orders please call us at 213- 239-6767 or email us at support@andegem.com for a quotation on shipping fees. Please be aware that you may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. 6. Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with Andegem.com’s shipping policy, privacy policy, returns policy and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms & Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Andegem.com with respect to your use of and material available through the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Andegem.com with respect to this site.
